Dr. Shereen Heneen

Dr. Shereen’s passion is to help pets live the healthiest lives possible, she strives to build a lifelong relationship with her patients and clients, she will always give an honest detailed consultation as well as providing education to pet owners.

Dr. Shereen obtained her bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine in 2004, she moved to Canada with her family in 2011 and has been working in small animal hospitals since then, her special interests are Dermatology, Surgery, Internal medicine, geriatric and preventive medicine, she is also a Fear Free Certified veterinarian.

On her spare time, she spends quality time with her husband, two sons and her dog Lollita.

Dr. Tony Issac
DVM

Dr. Tony is originally from Egypt. He moved to Canada on 2022 . He obtained his BVSC on 2016 . Since Graduating, He worked in small animal Clinics as well as mixed animal practice where he gained major experience . His personal interests are Pharmacology and internal medicine. He enjoys spending his free time reading updated literature on animal health , Hiking as well as nature photographing.

Kalyn Andrich,
RVT

Kalyn was born and raised in Edmonton but could be found spending summers at her grandparent's farm. That’s where her passion for caring for animals started, which naturally turned into a career.

She completed her RVT training at Lakeland College in 2019 and has been working alongside Dr. Shereen since 2018. The two adorable French bulldogs you might see visiting the clinic, are Louie and Lady; Kalyn’s pride and joy. When she’s not at work, you can find her enjoying dog park dates and walks with her pups.

Rebecca Noseworthy,
RVT

Rebecca, originally from Newfoundland, she moved to Fort Saskatchewan Alberta in 2005. She graduated from the Animal Health Technology program at NAIT in 2009. She worked during school and up until 2016.

Then in 2019 she moved to south side Edmonton with her amazing husband, two beautiful children and two adorable cats. Once settled in Edmonton she couldn’t help but take home a large mixed breed puppy now named Tucker. After taking a few years off to raise her two wonderful children, she started working here at Ambleside in October 2021.

When not at work, she loves being with her family, being outdoors, doing yard work, camping, walking, photography or just simply swinging in her hammock outside.

Growing up on an acreage with a horse ducks, chickens, rabbits, cats and dogs, she always had a love for animals. She was certain she would have a career in the animal industry.

She is thrilled to be back in the industry after taking time off and to be working at Ambleside Veterinary Hospital. She can’t wait to meet all of you and your adorable fur babies.

Chinny Gutierrez,
RVT

Chinny was born and raised in the Philippines where her love and passion for animals started. Growing up, she and her family had taken care of dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, lovebirds, guinea pigs, rabbits and turtles.

When she and her family moved to Edmonton, her love for animals grew even more. She and her mom volunteered for the Edmonton Humane Society during their free times.

Chinny pursued the Animal Health Technology program at NAIT where she graduated in June 2023. Two months later, she obtained her health technology license.

During her spare time, you can find her at the dog park with her two dogs - Maxcey and Donnie, or spending quality time with her cats, family and friends.

Michelle Hlushko,
RVT

Michelle was born and raised in the Edmonton area. From an early age Michelle developed a natural bond with many types of animals, and she has always had a passion for their well-being. Michelle's lifelong interest in animal welfare led her to Lakeland College, where she graduated with a diploma in Veterinary Technology in 2025. After earning her RVT credentials and practicing in the Edmonton area, she joined the Ambleside Veterinary Hospital team in 2026.

Michelle is dedicated to making every veterinary visit a positive experience through compassionate care and patient advocacy. Michelle enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine and thrives in the dynamic team environment at Ambleside.

When she isn't at the clinic, Michelle enjoys the simple comforts of home. She loves relaxing with her cat, visiting her family's dogs, and spending her downtime playing video games and doing crafts.

Jazmine Hiller,
VMA

Jazmine has been an animal lover for as long as she can remember, growing up on an acreage surrounded by animals—especially dogs and cats. Her passion for animal care deepened after the loss of her beloved dog, Buddy, in 2018, which inspired her to further expand her knowledge and skills in the field. After working at a dog daycare, Jazmine committed herself to providing compassionate, attentive care to every animal she met.

Outside of work, she enjoys horror movies, nail polish, music, and travelling. At home, Jazmine shares her life with one cat, Misty, and two dogs, Mrs. Wellington and Birdie, who keep her days full and her heart even fuller.

Jenver,
VMA

Jenver, or "JV" for short, was born in Montreal and moved with his family to Fort McMurray in 2010. While originally pursuing a career in healthcare and studying to become a Licensed Practical Nurse, working as a pharmacy clerk from 2018 to 2021, caring for his four dogs—Rocky, Star, Rambo, and Luna—sparked his passion for animal care and led him to transition into veterinary medicine.

In 2022, JV moved to Edmonton to pursue the Veterinary Medical Assistant program at NAIT. After graduating in 2023, he gained experience working at two clinics before joining Ambleside Veterinary Hospital in 2025. He started as a receptionist and now works as a Technician Assistant, with plans to continue his education to become a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT).

JV enjoys the fast-paced environment of veterinary medicine and being part of a supportive team that works together to provide compassionate care for every patient. Outside the clinic, he enjoys staying active, working out, spending time with friends and family, and taking long naps with his dogs

Ariana Dolega,
VMA

Ariana Dolega was born in Edmonton and has lived here her whole life! She didn’t have any childhood pets, but always wanted one, which ignited her passion for animals. Ariana always knew she wanted to work with animals since they were fascinating to learn about, and a comfort to be around.

Ariana enrolled in the Veterinary Medical Assistant program at NAIT and graduated with honours in 2024. That same year, she started her VMA career at Ambleside Veterinary Hospital. She loves the work she does and is dedicated to helping give the best possible care to every cat and dog.

In her free time, she loves painting, sewing, and nature walks. She often spends time with her friends, family, and her dog Mila, a golden retriever mix.
